Bless your heart, I sure did love my stay! The folks there were friendlier than a warm biscuit, makin' sure I felt right at home. My Superior King room was just the ticket, clean and so comfy, I could've slept all day. And oh my, the bar downstairs had the best sushi I ever tasted!

Central location equals noise if too hot to keep windows shut. However in mid July we had no problem.A Tad expensive for a uk clientelle

I had a fantastic stay with excellent amenities like a Nespresso machine and comfy accommodations, but the breakfast could've used more variety. I'd definitely come back!

Cheap, but had everything we needed. Bring ear plugs. The church bells nearby never stop ringing. good breakfast. Great location. Minimum but clean rooms with nice staff. A great deal and we didn't feel like we were sacrificing.
Loud church bells and city street noise. The noise is just people andbelss as there is no automotive traffic. Nothing ear plugs and a fan couldn't solve. Also, morning hostess at breakfast was a little brusque. I found her to be charming in her rigid manners. But my fellow travelers felt at odds with her. The hostess has a strict way of doing things. Do it her way and all will be fine.

Hotel as a whole is beautiful and exceptionally comfortable, I loved it.
It is in particularly good location to a famous pedestrian street, set only a short distance to the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed and well laid out.

The hotel is great location and made exploring easy. We checked out the Street Parade and Circus Conelli, and the vibe was just awesome. The service was friendly, and the breakfast included fresh pressed juice, a nice touch. I'd definitely recommend staying here while enjoying the city's events.
One downside was that some rooms had shared toilets. I knew about it beforehand, but it might be a bit inconvenient for those who want complete privacy.

Lovely modern hotel with a lift in the old town. An easy walk from zurich hauptbahnhof if u just have a piece or 2 luggage. Lovely crew, the only ones who greet u with a smile (worth paying the extra money) after having been to france, italy (both overrated, rude, stingy and u get rat holes for paying thru your teeth). Shower cubicle and sink in room, an airy, big room. Substantial breakfast included with a jolly server unlike the breakfast server at les crayeres reims looking down his aquiline gaul nose
For the price I paid, toilet should have been in the room but its zurich

The Best thing about this hotel is the staff , they are friendly , lovely , amazing and they will make your day. The location is great, at the heart of town and ten mins walk from Train station. Loved it
The only weird thing was shared toilet , the toilets were shared between 6 rooms but other than that everything was great.

Nice and relatively inexpensive small hotel in the heart of Zurich's Altstadt. Close to transportation, plenty of restaurants and shops. Great breakfast, nice bar for afternoon or late night drinks. Very responsive staff, very clean everything, nice complimentary soda, juice and mineral water in the room. Thoughtful and tasteful design throughout the hotel. Excellent free wifi.
Rooms on the first floor have windows that cannot be opened more than a crack due to bylaws in Zurich. And, there is no in-room ventilation of any kind. As a result my room on the first floor was very stuffy and hot. The hotel was quite nice and provided a fan, but the room was still unpleasant in that regard. Ask for a room with a window that opens normally.
